We have a clearly structured process in place for each stage of your project – from design, through to manufacture and installation.
We start by putting together a proposal outlining the project in general and provide a fixed quote for the design phase, as well as an estimate for the manufacture and installation of your joinery.
Design
The design phase begins with a 1st draft of layout drawings, and ends with a comprehensive set of workshop drawings finalising the structure, detailing and finish of your project. Collaboration is key here and we work closely with you to create a design that takes all of your preferences into account and looks great too.
Manufacture
This is when we provide a fixed quotation for the manufacture and installation of your project based on the final design drawings. When you are happy for us to go ahead and start making, we update you regularly, keeping you informed on progress.
Installation
Rochlin bespoke personally install your project. Your joinery will have already been assembled and had a dry fit in the workshop. We liaise with other contractors where necessary, and work as closely as possible to your schedule
